WELCOME TO MY INVISIBLE INJURY
I am a workplace injury survivor and passionate advocate for safety and mental health. Once a carefree young worker, I suffered a catastrophic accident that left me with lasting injuries and PTSD. Through years of physical recovery and emotional healing, I found purpose in prevention, using my lived experience to educate, move, and inspire audiences across Canada. I'm here to share my story and raise awareness about the importance of workplace safety. My goal is to educate and motivate organizations to prioritize the well-being of their employees.
